ANyone know the name?

Hey,
I used to play a vertical shmup game about 20 years ago in my local bowling alley. It was an airplane that shot at enemies and when it flew over powerups they would be attached to the tail of the plane to be used when you wanted. One powerup was a flat line that went up the screen and killed anything it went over. Another was a long vertical line that moved from side to side and came out of the nose of the plane. Another released loads of little planes that would kill things. Does anyone know the game?
