Holy shit, when did INH start releasing DVD sets again?

Hopefully this will get them back into the swing of things, and we see more stuff coming outside of their X360 pack-ins.

All kinds of dev materials on the CD as well as in the booklet. Looks rad even though I'm not so hot on the game.
What's more intriguing is that there are full beginner tutorials here, which seems like it would gel well with an XBLA or PSN release. Wonder if they'll do it.

Do you think the prices is going to rise up as cave insanity dvds have done?
Re: Insanity DVD: Under Defeat "The Soldier of Fortune"
The Soldier of Fortune NIH dvd set dried up from retail unusually quick, and PlayAsia has had "wait" as its availability status for quite a number of weeks now.
I'm wondering if it is because the dvds were faulty.
I purchased this one from forum member rancor's site, and was psyched when it arrived.
Upon placing it in my Jpn PS2 it would not load. I reset the system and this time it booted up, but the music was skipping during the intro montage, and the visuals seemed to freeze frame every so often. I let it play through like this to the main menu, and the dvd locked up and then went to the PS2 manager screen like there was no disc in the drive.
On subsequent tries, once at the main menu I am able to select any content and all play with no issues. So my dvd isnt worthless, but there are issues with the intro montage and the menu screen potentially skipping or freezing.
I have also gotten my older (fat) PS2 out of storage to test the disc with another playback device and I experience the same problems. It should be noted, there are absolutely no marks on the disc, and this was a brand new sealed copy. The skips do not occur at the same spot on each play, so that is weird too ...like the data is there but not writen clearly enough so the laser picks it up sometimes but not at other times.
Has anyone else encountered problems with this NIH dvd?

I sold well over 20 copies of this disc to people quite literally around the world, and yours is the first report of a malfunction.
Anyhow, PM sent. I'll be sure to fix this for you.

Have you tried playing it on something that isn't a PS2?Koa Zo wrote:The Soldier of Fortune NIH dvd set dried up from retail unusually quick, and PlayAsia has had "wait" as its availability status for quite a number of weeks now.
