Looking for Dreamcast or Saturn to PSX controller adaptor

Hi, just searched forums and can't see any references to adaptors for either:

Dreamcast >> PSX

or

Saturn >> PSX

I have several good quality arcade sticks for SS/DC (and USB/PS3) and would love to be able to use either of them for my PS2. Ebay has lots of PS2 >> PS3 adaptors but nothing that converts INTO PS2.

Any suggestions?> Much appreciated!!

I got some from keio just a few months ago, allthough his site stated out of stock he still made a few for me.
