Wow, that actually looks really fun and not at all gimicky. Someone seems to like Terra Force.

I'd say Battle Squadron (the original Amiga game from 89, also by Torben Larsen) is a much better game than Terra Force.
Terra Force has me dying from boredom before I even manage to reach any of the horizontal sections.

i loved Battle Squadron and am now sulking because i don't own an iDevice. Now an XBLA version, i'd be saving my pennies already!
