Pincushion on Sony PVM-2950qm

Hi.
My recently purchased sony pvm-2950qm has a remarkably horizontal pincusion efect. I tryed to repair it using the service menu with the remote, but there is no option for horizontal pincushion. Can you help me to repair it?

Using normal menus?

Or hidden menus? (used to own 2950 forget what service menus were like...)



Hidden will be accessible with something like (might need to experiment or google for more combos):

[PWR OFF] - [DISP], [5], [VOL+], [PWR ON]

-or-
[PWR OFF] - [DISP], [5], [PWR ON]

[PWR OFF] - [DISP], [5], [VOL+], [PICTURE], [PWR ON]

I need to adjust geometry on my 2950qm, the codes you are giving are for a special remote control? there is no other way around to acess service menu/hidden menus?

They are the codes for normal domestic Sony CRT's. I'd be surprised if they work with a PVM.

Try ebay for a control remote for your sony pvm2959QM i think is about $20
I got mine for $16
