Question about JP Dreamcast Games and English?

Looking to reacquire some games on DC that I sold a while back and wanted to know if the following are in English:

Rez JP - specifically is the last level (5) where it talks about evolution. Is that text in English or in Japanese? I had the Euro version which was obviously in English but am looking to acquire the JP one possibly. On a final note, I seem to remember the Euro Rez got DC-X blocked on its second print run. Any truth to that?

Confidential Mission JP - I'm thinking this is probably a yes but want to confirm. Just the speech/storyline and special objectives (like shoot the window across the way to grapple through and skip some of the action as a reward), the options I don't really care.

Yep, the JP Dreamcast Rez is entirely in English. Can't help with your other questions, sorry

Well my PAL copy won't work with DC-X on either a US or JPN machine, so I'd guess that must be a 2nd print.
