Any PSP owners wanna help me out with rRootage?

So for a good while I've been searching for rRootage on the PSP. I've found countless links to the 1.5 kernel eboot (Which doesn't work on my PSP) and all of that, but I've been having trouble locating the eboot that worked for 3.xx firmwares. Would anyone happen to have an updated link to the 3.xx rRootage? The mediafire one from a while back has long since been inactive. =<
