Ys Oath in Felhghana help?

Hey, my buddy at work is stuck in Ys Oath in Felghana. He said he's just after a boss in the caves (at the beginning of the game) where you come back to town and he thinks you have to find Dogi. The townsfolk keep mentioning a bridge and a minister too. That's all I know. He said he's talked to everyone and he still can't seem to find out exactly what to do next....

Any help?

Can't he look up those walkthroughs? Ctrl+F command might come in handy when you are looking for a particular bit of info in a document this wordy. For instance, press Ctrl+F, type in "bridge" or "Dogi" and keep clicking the "Next" button until you find the part of a walkthrough you need.

Yeah, he said he'd looked on the faqs already and still couldn't figure it out. Was hoping someone had just been through there. I think I found it in the FAQ though.

If he has talked to everyone I'm pretty sure he just need to go to the next dungeon from that point by exploring a bit.

Rule of thumb for asking help on Ys(or action-rpgs in general): Always tell what boss was defeated last.

What caves? Still the Tigray Quarry? Is he at the bit after defeating Dularn(first boss)?
I can't remember a "finding Dogi" part unless he's already at the Elderm/Eldeem/Eldan(whatever you want to call them) mountains.

If he killed the second boss in the quarry he can just go to the next dungeon, the Illburn Ruins.

Yeah, it was the second boss. That's all the info HE gave me and I haven't played it yet so I did the best I could. Found what he had to do though. He hadn't gotten the Ruins key yet so I wrote out that part of the FAQ for him.
