How about battles?
In 2 player games, battle show offs could be organised.
For instance
Survival battle mode.
In two-player shmups.
Put the game on extreme difficulty.
And see who can play the longest.
Strikers 1945
Battle Garegga
Do DonPachi
etc.
I want to see the best of the best play against each other.
No replies about "Senko no Ronde" please.
Let's do this.

Could be cool, but it would be difficult to get players together and record such a thing.
