Question about NAMCO CYBERLEAD

I got NAMCO CYBERLEAD cab.two questions.

1) Where is +5V ADJ ??
2) Some boards(like MVS,konami board) displayed good on screen But others (like CPS) have noizy on screen.Video is too Bad.
What is the reason??
