Following the recent elitism fracas, I immediately thought of Mr Twight at Gym Jones (links above).

For all those coming here expecting to get your balls hummed after credit feeding (insert STG of choice), you are in the wrong place comrade. You come here to get broken, have your lack of knowledge shown up for what it is, have your strategy ripped to shreds ... why? Because it forces change, forces you to up your game, to improve - you are what you do, not what you think, or say. And it is others who give meaning to that.

This place by (my) definition is elite, it has to be. But not aggressive - you are allowed to be a dick once (and here I raise my hands, guilty as charged - If you ain't got nothin' worthwhile to say, shut the fcuk up!), but post some retarded shit again, and you will rightfully get shot down. Improve or die, salvation ... Maybe those recent lightweights around here simply couldn't handle what they saw in the mirror... (please read above essays)
