Import toys: Shooting Historica Vol. 4 set

Post by Devil REI »

Not much announced yet, just the Darius Burst Silver Hawk and the Flint Lock from Xexex...

Kinda hoping we'll eventually get some humanoid characters from the set :D
I most definitely hate your favorite shooter.

Huh? They're missing the Metal Black ship that Yujin posted about in their blog.

Oh god, I might get this. Flintlock looks so awesome, I just hope it doesn't fall apart if I look at it wrong.

Forget the history set, what is the deal with that Thunderforce model! Any more info you can muster up on that Zero Chan?

Wow - Metal Black, Xexex and X-Multiply in the same set... great to see those ship designs given some attention. I've always had a soft spot for MB's Black Fly and its "all business" gunmetal look.

I already have a Silver Hawk from the Vol. 1 set. Where's my D117B Axelay and Silvergun?

Although, that TwinBee model makes me smile.

Are the arms on the X-Multiply ship articulated?

Hmmm. That X-002 doesn't look anywhere near as nice as the pre-production model:

Looks like they have the same problems that the Historica set 1 gashapons had - shoddy construction with panel-lining frequently missing. I think I'll wait for the SP set as they resolved these problems once the SP1 set was released.

Are there any known alts in this new set?

Where did you get yours? I pre-ordered from NCSX 5 million years ago but the NCSX website still says that "pre-orders ship in TBA."

Why of course...

Thanks. I think I'll cancel my NCSX order and pick them up on ebay. :D

Looks like there's a new set. I don't think I know what Kamui is.

According to this write-up it's the mech from that Liberation Maiden game on 3DS.

What happens when people decide to box concentrated win?

Owait...

my fave is the black fly though, because it's practical and not flashy. (both the model and the actual ship)
