Checked out the brand new Metal Slug game and what a crapload of piss-of it is. Looks like after the release of MS3 the guys responsible for the series just said: 'Alright! Fuck it! We're not gonna make good sequels anymore!' Even the drill instructor in Combat School looks like your generic hentai loli. Conclusion:

Metal Slug now fully sucks

Gunstar Heroes is still my all-time fave

Well technically Metal Slug XX is just a remixed version of Metal Slug 7 (DS). A decent little game, not sure if it's worth of all that rage.
