'Broke' and Cave games don't sit too well together, but you've got taste, I'll give you that.Munchies wrote:I'm brokeHoping to get into Cave games, funds pending

Better than running out of bullets or shooting blanks though isn't it?captpain wrote:All I do is run into bullets.Ruldra wrote:Welcome to the shmups community. Around here we dodge bullets and blow shit up.

Fact of the matter is there are a whole heap of sega Saturn games which are fantastic. Did you know Resident evil first came out in the EU on the sega saturn and apparently runs faster too.Munchies wrote:The only consoles I had that were Sega was the megadrive and the dreamcast, had the playstation instead of a saturnThe saturn interests me but my dad isn't prepared to order me one because he thinks the games are ****.
I made the same mistake when I was a kid. Nights disappointed me so much i had my mom turn in my saturn (and all my games including Guardian Heroes!) to get me a Playstation. I loved my Playstation and i do not regret my choice,. I do regret missing out on Burning Rangers and panzer Dragoon Saga, though. Playstation and Saturn are great systems in their own right but I think I still like the PS1 better. Even though the JP library on Saturn is godly. Pick up a cheap JP Saturn and join in the fun!Munchies wrote:The only consoles I had that were Sega was the megadrive and the dreamcast, had the playstation instead of a saturnThe saturn interests me but my dad isn't prepared to order me one because he thinks the games are ****.
