How to put Makaron in 15k mode ?

hi scene , i want to put the emulator Makaron in 15k mode how do i do that ? ........it was in 15k mode but has turned into 31k mode by its self.

btw i want the Naomi side in 15k mode not the Dreamcast side

any help is appreciated
