Type-X 2 Question

Hey guys, i was just wondering if anyone knows what specs for the Type-X 2 board are required to run King of Fighters XII? I have a board here that is 3.4GHZ / 1GB RAM / Radeon x1600 videocard and this system plays Battle Fantasia fine, however it won't start KOFXII. It goes full way through the boot and then when the game should start it just stays blue? This is my first Type-X 2 system and finding info on this sort of thing is proving to be a little tricky. Am i right in thinking i might need a 7900GS? If so, can you just use any PCIe 7900GS or does it h ave to be a particular one?

Generic 7900GS series cards will not work. You need this exact card: ELSA Gladiac 979 GS 256MB (PCI Express)
You can usually find them on Yahoo japan.

There's none on YHJ at the moment, i'll have to keep a look out for it.

generic card will work when you flash them the right way works fine for me
