Another cool retro 1980s documentary to watch would be the 2008 released "Chasing Ghosts: Beyond The Arcade" that clocks in at 1 hour and 27 minutes long. It's basically about the arcade game superstars of the early 1980s with Walter Day, founder and mastermind behind the scenes of the world famous Twin Galaxies Arcade and Twin Galaxies Intergalactic Scoreboard fame. Very well put together arcade game doc, I'd gotta admit. ^_~

This documentary was shown in it's entirety at both the 2008 and 2009 California Extreme shows. Great to watch if you're into the cool retro arcade game classics. I have it on DVD-R for posterity. It was also shown in it's entirety a few times on the USA-based Showtime2 channel if you had cable or digital satellite subscription service during the month of July 2009 as well -- one of those hidden doc gems that if you missed it, that was it. ^_~

I've seen that one as well. Pretty good too.

Is TILT: The Battle to Save Pinball worth watching?

Ah yes, "Tilt!: The Battle to Save Pinball" is another one of those awesome pinball documentaries worthy of your miscellanous gaming DVD collection, Gozer. ^_~

I bought it when it was offered for sale at the 2006 California Extreme show...it is a 2-DVD set btw and well worth the commanding price that it sells for. ^_~

There is even a bonus video segment on how to setup a Williams Pinball 2000 machine if you bought one brand new from direct from Williams or a pinball distributor...ace stuff all the way from beginning to the eventual conclusion. Too bad that Williams shut down their entire pinball division to focus on the real money maker, to manufacture more gambling machines to please the stock shareholders. If a business has to trim the belt where it's needed most, so be it. Am glad that Stern is still around making one to two pinball machines a year to satisfy the pinball players...there still a market for them ^_~
