MMO freakout
MMO freakout
Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?
Re: MMO freakout

I laughed.
"Sooo, what was it that you consider a 'good salary' for a man to make?"
"They should at least make 100K to have a good life"

Anyone who wants to smash up a car and doesn't go for the windows first is obviously faking it.

You can tell he knows the camera is on because he avoids looking into it.
These "games" are everything wrong with the current notion.
1. You don't play with your real friends-you can be antisocial from your own room.
2. There is no winning, remember when you finished your favorite shmup? Yeah that doesn't happen, you hit max level and just wander around collecting trinkets for another 2 years of what you call your life.
3. The game comes down to who has spent the most time "playing" in some cases, not who has any noteworthy skills.
4. It is hard to tell who is a better "player" where is the score?
5. You will pay HUNDREDS of dollars on average to play a game that they can kill off at any time. Leaving you with a set of coasters. I don't know about everyone else but when my newfangled carts and CD's are purchased I can still play them even if some are from 1982. My subscription of Scramble on the Vectrex has yet to be cancled and they have not charged me to play what I already own!

Some of the best shmups don't actually end in a vowel.
No, this game is not Space Invaders.
