The 411 on how to make fake blood effects shown in films

All those big-budget and low-budget horror films utilize fake blood for realism. Here's a very simple recipe on how to make it for your own use:

1.) Buy the three simple food ingredient staples of clear corn syrup, red food coloring and chocolate syrup.

2.) Take some clear corn syrup and add some drops of red food coloring until it resembles the color of real blood.

3.) Lastly, add some chocolate syrup for some darker and more grittier realism.

This fake blood recipe is what the pros use in them horror films...of course, they all have their own little recipe variations on what makes for a good batch of fake blood effects. Have fun making your own low-budget short horror film with it. ^_~
