I'm trying to find(hopefully freeware) a program that will brighten up a VOB that I have. I can turn it into an MPEG 2, if I have to and then edit it. I tried VirtualDub, but it changed the actual shape of the video(made it more widescreen).
Help?

If VirtualDub altered the aspect ratio of your video (it shouldn't), you can always change it back using the built-in filters.
Maybe try FlaskMPEG? Not sure if it will do what you want, but it's worth a look.
