JP XBOX 360 Questions

I plan on buying a Japanese 360 system soon and
it seems like there are always rumors of a new model.

So I have a few questions:

1.) What it the most current model of the Japanese (NTSC-J) 360 system on the market?

2.) How does it hold up to old bugs? (Ring of Light, Optical/Disc Drive Errors)

3.) Are any new models planned to be released in the Summer Quarter?

4.) Are 360 Elite systems more resistant to bugs than other models?

1) The Jasper, same as the rest of the world. Uses a 150w psu.

2) So far it seems to. A bit early to tell, but certainly none off the shelf as yet.

3) No

4) Exactly the same internals, just different cases, so no.
