My 360 is not recognizing my hori arcade stick.
the power button on the stick just flashes,, no spins.
I tried the synching button on the console but the arcade stick does not have one present to sync it too...
What to do???

Turn the TV on. If your TV isn't on when you press the center button on the stick, the console won't start and you'll just get the flashing center lights.
Or, you might just not have your console synced up to the proper resolution. Try flipping the switch on the little box on video cable. Then set the resolution and switch back.

lol, what? The TV and resolution on the connector have nothing to do with this problem. The TV being on has no part of whether the controller turns the system on.
Try the other USB ports on the front to turn it on, and then try the USB port on the back of the system.
If that doesn't work, unplug the stick. Turn the console on from the button on the from of the 360, wait for it to boot up. Then try the stick in all of the USB ports to see if you get it to recognize it.
