None of Segas driving games are jamma to start with. You would be better off just buying a complete outrun cabinet.
This industry has become 2 dimensional as it transcended into a 3D world.

If you already have an xBox, simply get "OutRun 2".
Its a nice game and it has the original OutRun as an (unlockable) extra :)
Works also fine with 3rd party racing wheels.
