mods please delete if i am in the wrong

trying to run Nemesis 90 in v .76. i understand that if i load each disc in a drive, it should automatically start. but it doesn't i am left with a command prompt screen, and i have no clue how to start the game, as i don't read japanese.

also, tried english version, but the only thing translated are the menus.
