You control a sea otter in this graphically pleasing cutesy horizontal SHMUP. The video in the link above suggests that the game's author drew all the graphics himself.
EDIT: The developer is a member on these forums and even posted a demo in the Development forums some time back. This post is made because the game is finished.

Ok, this game somehow managed to be extremely easy and incredibly frustrating at the same time.
Easiness comes from excessive extends (it's not uncommon for boss to drop 5 extra lives), and frustration from some unfair attacks (searchlight insta-kills you? WTF?), and giant, and i meant GIANT hitboxes (not pixel-perfect collisions, bosses often ram you even when there's enough space between you and them to fit in another player).
On a more positive note, graphics look really nice.
