Outzone - which eproms for Set 1?

Outzone - which eproms for Set 1?

I want to change my japanese Outzone pcb to Set 1. I just have no clue about which eproms needs to be replaced. Can anyone help me?

looks like 18 and 19 need to be replaced with the old ones.

also, the board doesn't really have a region, just dip switches that can be set to US, Euro, or Japan.

Why do you want set 1?

Thanks for bring this up. I can recognize most of the roms on my board, but I still don't know where Roms 10, 11, and PRG1, PRG2 is located.

I just want to change to Set 1 because that's what Mame users are playing, and I want to stay current. :)

Btw Outzone boards only have 2 sets of dip switches and none of them change the region or language. Mine's set to Japan which I prefer because you actually get a real intro + ending, unlike the US and Europe versions.

no, something 18 and 19 are the ones you need change. whatever they are, they are 128K. they are not labeled rom in the mame zip file.

the missing "dips" might be the jumpers in your last pic.
