Dead Connection- English Rom Swap, 3players? several q's

I have questions relating to Dead Connection. I have a Japanese board- I want to get it switched to English. Which roms do I need to order?

2nd question- I keep hearing it is a 3player+ game (and the character select screen would lead me to believe this as well). Do I need to have a new rom set burned for this- or is there a hardware setting I am missing somewhere?

Dead Connection, is that a 1920's-1930's themed shooting game but played with a joystick setup? If so, I recall playing it with just a two player setup at a local arcade back in the day. I don't personally own such a PCB myself so couldn't answer the techincal questions about upgrading it to English version. ^_~

Perhaps a fellow Dead Connection PCB owner knows the inside scoop to your questions.
