Big fan if Ikaruga. Very nice style. Great music. Nice premise. Don't care for the scoring system.
Regardless of the scoring system, it's difficult in a "not so cheap" way. Yeah, tons of hard deaths, but they're always avoidable. Enjoy the patterns too.
I also like Gigawing. Dunno why. Maybe cause it was the first game I pirated on my Dreamcast.
Dangun Feveron is fun too. It's Cave actually trying to make a game with a scoring system.
Gradius V was also super good.

i own both....futari is a simply amazing game.....but its not in the same league as ketsui.....Necronopticous wrote:I imagine that it would be extremely difficult to top Mushihimesama Futari. I certainly have never encountered a greater game in the genre. Ketsui certainly comes close, though.
