6. The local transit operation (Metro Bus) cutting routes and imposing an 8 pm service cut off in addition to a massive fare hike. And not being able to vote on it. All because they somehow mismanaged $260 million in funds.

7. High food prices ($13 for a six pack of pork chops? C'mon now. I remember when that shit was $6 for a pack of eight...)

9. Norton Antivirus constantly reminding me to upgrade to their even more useless, $80 version.

We have a few people like that at work. They're the same people who'll brag to you about their $150,000 loft(whyyyyy you would pay $$$ for property inside of a builing you don't own is nutty), but were maaaad as hell when Obama won. Also, I do understand what the endless .rars were for, but why do we need to do it for torrents in this day and age? Unnecessary shit, like encoding videos in .mkv format with realmedia files inside.

and yes, pikeys. i guess it depends on how you come to interact with them. socially, they can be alright. but from a business perspective, they are my least favourite people to deal with. i have had to ban some pikeys from my store, so this aint no scapegoating.

Agreed - Norton is terrible, I had it on this machine for awhile because it was already there, and no matter what I did in the settings it wouldn't shut up about updating. Takes longer to load than for the machine to boot, even.
I have since replaced it with AVG, which you will probably have to pay money for at this point, but it loads almost instantly and does what you tell it to.

Me-personal experience. Most of the Nigerians I know are cocky as hell and think they run shit. Even the females. Hell, even other Africans are annoyed by them.
