I remade the papercraft from the Gradius Deluxe Pack in illustrator since I could never find a decent scan of it. I had said I'd do this on a thread quite awhile ago but only got around to it just now

I didn't put instructions on mine so you'll want the originals. I did the colors a bit different so it looks nicer, so instead of cutting the red and green lines, cut the white ones. Fold the solid grey lines that match up with the dotted lines on the originals.

I don't have a working printer right now, but everything should line up right.
