Not much hope for Rockman STG (go figure)

Over at capcom-unity, s-kill made an opportunity for fans to ask Keiji Inafune questions about Megaman related stuff.

I asked a few questions including if he had ever considered a Rockman shooting game.

Well, I was pleased that out of a bagillion questions, one of mine was mentioned to Inafune san (#5), but the answer was not so promising:

I have always considered Mega Man as I conceived it to be basically an action game, so I have not personally thought a lot about other genres of Mega Man games.

Maybe Psikyo will wise fwom their gwaves and give us some more Rockman shooting love, like they did with Gunspike.

Suepr Adventure Rockman. I believe the correct answer which was lost in translation was, "I basically see Rockman as an action game, and have not thought of other genres unless they are ass cheap to make, and can produce the largest of profits even if the game is a complete hunk of shit".

That's kind of hard to translate.
