WTB: Slap Fight to Jamma adapter or parts to make one

Post by caldwert »

As the title says, I'm looking to buy a Slap Fight to Jamma adapter or at least find a place that sells the fingerboards to make one. I recently acquired 2 Slap Fight PCB's and obviously can't test them as they aren't Jamma. I believe them to be legit since they look identical to any other boards from that generation of hardware. I'm not sure if a Tiger Heli adapter would work or not since they're based on the same hardware pretty much. Any help would be appreciated so I could at least test these two things sitting here.

When I try to search for information on this it seems that Slap Fight is JAMMA. Maybe just the US (ALCON) is. Do you know the pinouts of your boards? I can't find it anywhere. I wonder if it is the exact board as Tiger Heli, or just based off it.

I have a non JAMMA Tiger Heli on the way with a harness. I plan to make a JAMMA adapter. I'll let you know how that goes. Where are you located? Maybe I can test one for you.

I do have a USA region Alcon PCB and can confirm that it is standard Jamma from the get-go. Perhaps, your Japanese Slap Fight PCB is the orignal non-Jamma version.

And isn't it possible to change the country region of such Alcon to Slap Fight and vice versa?
