Shame you didn't do this earlier, I'm in Alabama for a summer job but will be heading back north in a couple weeks.

Where exactly? You are welcome to stop by and hang with us. We do this on a small scale pretty much all the time).

I knew I recognised that face from somewhere. :D

I always thought it was strange that somebody with such distinguished taste in shmups wasn't on this board. Welcome!

Where are the pics :P . I didn't know about this. I might come to the next one if there is some sort of set date and depending on how far away it is.

We all pretty much hang every few weekends or so. We usually change it up between the Birmingham and Montgomery areas, although I live near Montgomery.

I may set up another mega gathering this year.

That's not too bad. About a 2½ hour drive. I'm sure a lot of people in my area would be willing to take a trip like that.

I'll see if we can put something together for late summer or fall. I am engaged these days, so with work and wedding shit, my time is pretty limited. I only have two cabs, but we haven't had any problems. If that sounds ace, then post up.

I also need time to mentally prepare before my place fills up with nerds again. :)

I'm in the Florida panhandle, and it's only about a 3 hour drive to Montgomery. Consider me interested....

Used to live in FL for 14 years up until a couple years ago. :(

I guess my only option now is driving down to Cali for some shmupmeets. 8)

BUMP.

BamaJAMMA planned for October 3rd. I have several friends who are already planning on coming over for this one. I can have maybe 1 or 2 more people before my apartment becomes overloaded. PM me if interested.

I would love to have it open to anyone, but I simply do not have very much room, and even 1 or 2 more people is pushing it a little.

I will have 4 candy cabs and at least the following PCBs on-hand:

Armed Police Batrider
Batsugun Special Ver.
Battletoads
Change Air Blade
DoDonPachi DaiFukkatsu 1.5
DoDonPachi DaiOuJou
DonPachi
Dragon Saber
ESPGaluda
ESPGaluda 2
ESPrade
Fantasy Zone
Galaga ‘88
Gunforce 2
Hacha Mecha Fighter
In The Hunt
Kingdom Grand Prix
Muchi Muchi Pork
Nebulas Ray
Ninja Baseball Batman
Raiden Fighters Jet
Rainbow Islands Extra Version
Senkyu Battle Balls
Tetris Plus 2
Trigon
Twinbee Yahho!!
