You are from Europe somewhere perhaps. That would help if you state your residence. You obviously checked the back already. maybe there's a sticker somewhere on the inside.
I would just say let it go, you got it for free, since the neo costs 40 euro.
Maybe they'll know at killercabs.
Those buttons are ridiculous, perhaps invest in some Sanwa/Seimitsu buttons and sticks!
