Arcade Monitor Probs

Does anyone know any good arcade monitor trouble shooting/repair forums?
Or maybe just know the answer to this?:

My monitor shoots the red gun full blast intermitantly (red screen with thin diagonal lines an inch apart or so). It seems like it goes red after about 5 minutes on, but sometimes it deosn't. Sometimes it will flash red right at first, then play normal. I've flexed the chasis boards a bit (solder crack?), and poked and knocked around, but nothing happens.

Any ideas?
The monitor is a Well Gardner Model no. 19K7602



2nd question- another monitor has a light screen (lighter on the left).

A complete guess: could be related to the color bias adjustments on the neckboard. If you turn up the red all the way, sounds like what you are seeing (so could be the pot?)
