Who have played both Cotton 2/Boomerang?

and what is your impression comparing them? Are they pretty much the same game?

I own both. I posted a bunch of comments about each some time earlier, I don't know if they're still around...I don't have time to look right now, but I'll have a look later on.

And in short, I'd say that both are different enough to be worth buying, though most prefer Boomerang, if you can only get one. Just be aware, Boomerang's rarer and usually pricier.

I own both. And like BulletMagnet said, they're both so different that you'd be fine getting both. Personally, I enjoy Cotton 2 more because:
A. Better music.
B. Feels like a more complete game.
C. Better graphics.
D. Better controls.


But Boomerang is awesome in its own right, as it has the better gameplay in a sense, it just seems a bit rushed to me though...
