Phoenix is one of my faves from when I was wee - that and Galaga. I actually got this unit for my Christmas and I play Phoenix more than good ol' SI. It's just a shame there's no high score saving :(

yeah. I like this thing, but I played Qix and Phoenix more than Space Invaders. Ironic how Space Invaders isn't the most faithful game in the pack, despite being a good port. The SNES version (in any form) is better. I actually like the two obscure 70s arcade games in it.

I wish they would include more games on these things though.

I don't thing Exerion is on this collection, or is it?

I'd like to get this as well, mainly for Phoenix and Colony 7 and Qix. I'm pretty sure you can pick it up at Wal-Mart, don't know about Target, and I've never seen one on Ebay.

What's the URL for that European company that makes the C64 plug and play stick? I'd like to get that one as well.

I would like to get the Atari 2600 Phoenix. The joystick one is probably closer to the arcade, but the Atari 2600 version is a darn good port and pretty common too.

I can't remember but it's Tulip who make it as they own the Commdore copyrights. I also think the Commodore Portal site has links for it. :)

I have one, too. It's okay, but it pisses me off how it always returns to the main menu [game selection] after playing a single game. What if I want to keep playing Phoenix? I have to keep selecting it over and over :x and it loads slow.

There'a a Plug 'n Play Ms. Pacman one I want to get, because it has Xevious and Galaga on it :D

dave: It used to be at Target, but they went clearance long ago... that's when I got mine.

I have the Ms. Pac-Man one. It's quite nifty. It came bundled with the Atari paddle controller, which rocks quite heavily too.
