PLEASE-I need HELP with turbo function on PS2 Spy Hunter...

'Cause I could REALLY use some help with this game.

You are supposed to be able to use the turbo function just by pressing the accleration button twice. In practice, however, this only works about 20% of the time for me-is there some trick to this?

I really don't understand why Midway couldn't have just allocated a seperate button for the turbo function. I don't know what it is about Midway effing up controls lately, but it's really getting annoying. Take Spy Hunter on the first Midway Arcade Treasures-ALL you need to play that game is one D-Pad and two buttons-and yet (at least with the PS2 version) they made the controls so complicated as to make the game virtually unplayable.

In any case, any advice on this problem I'm having with PS2 Spy Hunter would be much appreciated.

Thanks, but that link doesn't work, and neither of the two FAQs on this game on Gamefaqs offers ANY advice on the turbo function. That's why I asked here.

Is no one willing to give ANY advice??

Ok, the link works, but it does NOT give me any helpfull information on the turbo function.

PLEASE, someone, anyone, I just NEED help with this turbo function. For cryin' out loud, I tried on Gamefaqs forum, and no one would give me any advice there, and now no one will here!

Dude, you need to calm down. Criminy. Someone will get you the info when they have it. You can't expect someone to have an answer within ten minutes of your last reply.
