I will not go into details since this could be a can of worms waiting to be opened.

Something stupid is happening over here. Something that will have stupid consequences, because of some stupid people, trying to do something stupid that will not fix an already stupid situation.

Something that has got me fuming stupid, angry, and wanting to slash my chest in anger with fence wire, in protest.

Just plain stupid.

Thanks for listening. Now let's return to our regularly scheduled reality.

All I can think of is the guy at the end of Predator doing that with his knife and waiting to die. Only with you in his place. And with the Predator being replaced by some ambiguous stupid people. Now I've confused myself.

Indeed. Feral domesticated cats kill about 500 million birds a year and are responsible for something like 1/4 of all island bird extinctions worldwide. They should ship the Arizona guys to Wisconsin and let them hunt cats...tell them they're protecting our country from illegal immigrant Canadian cats.

Really?

Feral cats in Wisconsin? There must be some in Colorado as well; don't know where, though.

If the law is passed, whoever writes it just needs to make sure that the law is VERY carefully written, so that people don't think they can start picking off legitimate domestically owned cats.

thats the only problem...it's pretty much guaranteed people will use the law as a license to kill any cats on their property. it will encourage people to keep their cats indoors.
