Any news about shmups for the next generation consoles??

Are there any shmups planned for the X-BOX 2, PS 3 or the NINTENDO REVOLUTION??

I sure would like to see a new GRADIUS shooter for the PS 3..

Or an X-BOX live 16 person schmup were you and your friends can take on a whole battlefield in space!!

Maybey NINTENDO will bring us something special this time??

I would love to see a shmup with downloadable new content. Like new main characters, or new levels every month or so like Wipeout Pure. You could do so much with next gen shmups.

Sadly to say, outside of a new Gradius, I don't think well see many....but I hope we do.......

Info on popular games for next gen haven't really even surfaced yet, much less unpopular shooters....

Hmm, actually come to think about it, there is Shikigami no Shiro 3. Not really next gen but meh.

There haven't been many next-gen titles revealed, anyways, let alone some obscure shmups.

Yeah, I forgot about Shiki 3-I wonder if that'll get a DC port?

In any case, I think a lot depends on when the PS3 and the Revolution are released. If both are indeed released next Spring, then we should hear news about upcoming games for both consoles this fall-if they come out in Fall of 2006 (which IMO is more likely) then it's gonna be a while before we hear about ANY games for either console.
