Taito's F3 Recal Horn

So, I've played the ROM and such, but I was wondering if anybody has happened upon any info about the original board it was dumped from?

I have a prototype Land Maker, but looking at the ROM's, I don't think Recal Horn is running on the same board rev. (there were about 4 different non-cart versions of the F3 hardware).
