Capcom releasing "Generations" again.

Post by neorichieb1971 »

Capcom are releasing the same compilations that came out on the Saturn and PSone a few years back. And again, its PSone and no new games are mentioned.

Vol 1 & 2 are set to be released first with 3,4 and 5 being released shortly after.

I am assuming these to be direct ports with no new features or games.

I've been looking for volume 1...

Import only?

Any release date?

Sure it's psone and not PSP?

No matter how good a game is, somebody will always hate it. No matter how bad a game is, somebody will always love it.

Well, in the past I would put something in shmups chat and get flamed for it. Now I put something in off topic it goes in shmups chat. Whatever!

Besides, the announcement I am making is for all the compilations, not just vol 1 which is more shmup orientated.

Let me ask this, am I supposed to have read every single thread on this site before I am allowed to post a new thread of my own?

So if it's a re-release, then that means they likely won't do a volume 6 with Area 88, Side Arms, and Varth. Or 1941, or 19XX. Nuts.

I'm definitely getting this once I have cash to spare. It's worth it for 1943 kai.

The newer re-release with the book may be more collectable, but do keep in mind, that while priced slightly higher without shipping, the older re-release without the book is cheaper with shipping. As for as I know, Play-Asia still has the older re-releases, including the first one with 1942, 1943, and 1943 Kai.

Yeah, I saw the high shipping. What's in this book?

I'm wondering that too. One site said a strategy guide and another said some type of history book.
