How to set autofire in mame???

Sometimes you can do it through the service mode (F2 by default, this works with at least Cave games). On EK-MAME Plus, I've found you can do it through the options menu (tab), but this could be considered cheating depending on the game. Being able to shoot 60 times a second in Truxton, for example, would make it a bit easier

Mame32plus (among others) allows you to set your own buttons to autofire any game.
