Best Saturn Arcade stick?

I realize there are a bunch of topics on arcade sticks already, but mine's a bit more specific.

I already have the Hori Tekken 5 stick. I was thinking of buying a PS2 to Saturn adaptor, but I'm conerned about response lag.

In a previous topic I posted, I was reccomended the converter from http://www.tototek.com/ Anyone confirm there is absolutely no lag?

If not...I was thinking of getting a Saturn-specific stick, since Saturn will basically be my "main" shmup console along with PS2.

Suggestions are welcome.
