XRGB-2+ Display Problem

The RGB output of my XRGB-2+ mysterious stopped working . I can’t even get the monitor to acknowledge the RGB signal. While plugged into my CRT monitor with or without a input plugged into the XRGB-2, I can hit the “select” button and get the S-Video, Video, and D menu to display on the monitor but no RGB menu. I don’t know what the hell is going on…. Is there anyway to reset the settings on the XRGB-2+?

Anyone with an XRGB-2+ willing to help?

My gut feeling is I accidently switched it over to a wrong display mode, like component and can't get the menu to display now on RGB.

I have this problem too on both my xrgb 2+, the first one wouldn't read composite and RGB, and now my second unit won't display composite and D terminal.. I find this ridiculous since I expect a better quality product for the price it was asking for.
