EPROM burner/Dangun Feveron help needed!

My Dangun Feveron PCB has been broken for alittle while now as I mentioned in another thread and I had a friend that said he would try reburning the EPROMs for me since I'm quite sure that it is the problem. His burner does not work though so I want to ask, can anyone reburn my EPROMs if I mail them? I'll gladly pay for the time it takes to burn them and whatnot..

Also, if anyone is in the LA or SF bay area and has a Dangun Feveron/Fever SOS board it would be really nice if I could just swap the socketted EPROMs with my board to make sure that my board is reading them correctly and its not some other problem. This would be a great favor to me and I would be willing to pay more for time as well. It also wouldn't damage any other EPROMs since my game runs fine it just has some minor graphics glitches.
