Just got one for $15 at a Fry's Electronics. It was an impulse purchase.

I haven't had the chance to use it yet, but what I've read of it so far hasn't exactly filled me with confidence. I'll give it a go when I get off work.

EDIT: You want SP2? None of my other stuff cared about that! You better be worth it, you overgrown dongle looking thing... I'd hate to think I paid $15 and downloaded SP2 for the sake of some sort of ingenious lag introduction device.
