I just got this board today and I was wondering if anybody can enlighten me on the scoring of this game? I searched and read some tidbits, but nothing really explaining the game.
Also, how do you use your charge shot? It seems like the charge shot kind of randomly goes by itself. Am I doing something wrong here?
Thanks for any info.

Del and I both own this board, I couldn't work it out and it went on the shelf pretty quickly.
I asked Del about it and as I remember you score more points if you fire more quickly so its all about hammering the fire button. The scores seem pretty random though and I think he said that its more of a game to complete rather than try and score from.
I don't really remember though so thats not a lot of help! Maybe ask Del!

There's an unexplained score situation with the midboss on ST1. Sometimes you can get a Massive score from it and I'm still not sure what causes it? It might be down to the order in which you destroy its parts.
A lot of people don't like this game, but I do.
Damn hard to 1CC though

Yea, I am kind of just playing it for survivial at this point. I am defintely 100% lossed on scoring, but I am also lossed on the charge shot. But, if you say the faster you hammer the button the more damage, I guess the charge shots just seem random because I have a nervous system that regulates my actions. Thanks for the info.

You have to press the fire button rapidly (maybe 12 times or so?) and then release for the charge shot- when you press quickly, you can see the 'energy' absorbing into the options, and then when they are full, they shoot by themselves when you stop. Pretty counter-intuitive and wierd. Also, you get big scores for shooting down big ships and making them land on tanks??
