I'm excited for this release but uh, not at all excited that they've decided to change the core gameplay elements. More bitching about this on my blog.

Can't they just add whatever they want into an Arrange mode? The game was/is perfectly fine, the only thing they needed to tone down was some areas which consist of insane milking (stage 1 boss, etc).

As far as I read the Kotaku interview, 0 has been decided about a release per se.

MMP could use arranged music on the Xbox release but I doubt we'd see that at all, especially via Live.

There's no reason why that sort of thing couldn't be available as DLC. Plenty of XBLA games have DLC.

I was too at first. But after thinking about it, my guess is that they felt it wouldn't sell as well as their other games if it was a full-priced retail release, and since they seem like they want to reach a global audience lately (and that MMP got lots of votes from people outside of Japan in that recent poll), a cheaper XBLA release would be the best way to go. I would have preferred a retail release, but oh well.

I don't know man ....the game deserves a retail release , IMO.

Finally I played this game today.
I don't like the peoples think I am gay.
Yes, the game place was full that pretty annoying boys which don't stop of say bullshits like: this seems one game for baby, this game need be 10 years of age, this game is impossible, this guy never lose, he passed inside of bullets and don't get hit... My desire was shoot the controller in these boys.
