CRIMZON CLOVER ARCADE UNLIMITED NO-MISS 1CC!!!!!
MIRACLE!!!
That's incredible! Congratulations!
Thank you!! This is such a different feeling... this game had always taught me peace... but now... the world feels so quiet around me >.<!~

Thank you!! Also, for anyone who is super bored and want to see me get tortured haha... finally got video encoded properly and uploaded to my drive...
I watched the replay and had a blast, this game is relentless. Incredible skills. The no miss bonus for the final stage "miracle" is really funny and I agree!Faith wrote: ↑Mon Nov 10, 2025 9:31 am Thank you!! Can be streamed directly from drive!~
Or even just downloaded, if Proton is being annoying and stream slow X_X!~

Haha yes, that was also my first thought... when I saw the "Miracle" I felt it super deep down, like, very personal. There couldn't have been a better word put there >.<!~Weak Boson wrote: ↑Tue Nov 11, 2025 7:04 pmI watched the replay and had a blast, this game is relentless. Incredible skills. From memory... I took around 70 hours to clear every mode except Arcade Unlimited (so, all Novice modes first, then all Arrange modes, then Arcade Original & Boost)...
Simply incredible dedication. Video games are so cool in that they can be anything from a leisure hobby on the same level as passively watching TV, to pretty much a passionate hobby/e sports. You definitely fall into the latter category. 600 hours is nuts. I just 2-All'd R-Type II the other day which took me 90ish hours. Usually after about 50 hours I'm ready to move on to another shmup. But yeah, I feel like 500-800 hours seems to be fairly common for people who go for insane top scoring clears at your level. Really, if you're playing for score with a well made shmup you can play indefinitely and even just compete with yourself if you're the number 1 top score.Faith wrote: ↑Wed Nov 12, 2025 6:35 am

Then... Arcade Unlimited... my first 1CC took over 200 hours to get. 220+ most likely.
For 1CC No-Miss another 400 hours on top.
So my total Arcade Unlimited time is over 600 hours easy x____x"... so, many, stars!~
Actually, my hubby always jokes this game is for me to collect honey stars haha... so I checked because game keeps track... now total stars collected: over 800,000,000!~
Thank you very much for your kind words >.<!~
Congrats with this Hina!! No, auto fire, lol... my fingers... feel like running far far away just reading that >.<!~ That is also big dedication to tolerate!~Angry Hina wrote: ↑Wed Nov 12, 2025 8:16 amVimana, now without autofire. I manually tapped every shot, even without an arcade stick, so its my first real no autofire run.

Congrats!! Wow, really, who says that >.<!~ Gradius recovery is really super big test of patience and frustration lol... going far back to checkpoint with depowered ship = x_x"...

Nice work!

Thank you!! Haha, so yes, I actually made a post about this in Strategy forum.stellar_light wrote: ↑Mon Nov 17, 2025 4:43 amrank more or less never decreases and the bullets are so fast that it's a necessity to generate slowdown with your focus shot.
Thank you so much for your super kind words!~ If I may say, I think my run is very, very good... but, do not think it is quite "superplay" >.<!~ Sometimes, I think my score... a bit embarrassing for how many hours I played this game (over 700+). My Stage 4 is super lazy (in terms of scoring).PC Engine Fan X! wrote: ↑Mon Nov 17, 2025 1:07 pmI'd buy your Crimson Clover Unlimited 1CC Superplay if it was released as a Blu-ray disc compliation. Are you selling them?
Congrats man! I suspect you might have had some easier time with the laser in a few spots. GG on recovering in the final stage!aak wrote: ↑Tue Nov 18, 2025 11:09 am I also got a Gradius 1cc! Double for the whole game! Laser sucks! (Just kidding)

Only died once near the end, not on the last checkpoint but one checkpoint before that which thankfully is still doable. If I died at the start of Stage 7 it would have totally been over, I tried to route that out in Training mode for a while and just couldn't.
And yeah, it didn't take me *too* long (around 8hrs) but I definitely still wouldn't call this game easy lol. Things can go very badly very easily. Plus I think the Origins features like the Shield gadget, Rank gadget, and Hitbox display (though I only used it in training and not on this run) helped out. Not as gamechanging as the gadgets in the Garegga port but still mildly helpful.

Nice work dude! Shame M2 didn't include the SNES version of Gradius III in Origins. Even with with the slowdown it's amazing and the OST is insanely good. I really need to beat Bio-Hazard Battle. So much Genesis soul. Saving your replay for reference. Which ship was easier?FRO wrote: ↑Tue Nov 18, 2025 5:12 pm I always forget to come post my 1CC runs here, so here are a few since the last time:

Some month ago, I wanted to get the maniac 1cc as well but had so much trouble with the last level. These mantis spreads are random, right? Couldnt find a good way to deal with it. It was the first time for 8 years or so for me to give up on a game I wanted to clear. I dindt find the thing, the game wanted me to get in my head -.-; (and I wanted to play another game
Haha, probably not for long >.<!~
Thank you!! Mushi has a lot of problems, but RNG... lucky not really one lol... The only big RNG problem in Mushi is 2nd pattern of TLB.Angry Hina wrote: ↑Thu Nov 20, 2025 8:17 amSome month ago, I wanted to get the maniac 1cc as well but had so much trouble with the last level. Hmm... ok, I will keep that in mind. Possibly I start a new try next year or so ^^Faith wrote: ↑Thu Nov 20, 2025 12:28 pm... after they shoot you just need to tap and find an empty "line" to go into, one of my favorite things to do!~Angry Hina wrote: ↑Thu Nov 20, 2025 8:17 amSome month ago, I wanted to get the maniac 1cc as well but had so much trouble with the last level. It is done @_@"... what a stupid crazy insane chaos mode this is. Really not sure what Cave was thinking X_X"...stellar_light wrote: ↑Tue Nov 18, 2025 3:49 amAh, hadn't noticed you made a new thread! Just left a reply, glad to see another player for this mode.

A clear well-deserved, congratulations!! At least now if you move onto Futari you can enjoy actually having bombs again. I know what you mean by how the slowdown sporadically starts and stops and it drives me nuts too lol, definitely one of the more glaring examples of it in a CAVE game. I'm still not sure whether being able to generate slowdown by holding focus was meant to be an intentional interaction either or just a consequence of other changes in 1.5. I really enjoy Original MAX because I love the blisteringly fast pace but I can't deny that the MAX modes often show their roots as a cobbled together addition to a limited promotional variant.
